Time Vibe app for iPhone and iPad

Convey the current time using vibrations. Time vibrations can occur as frequent as once every 15 minutes. Useful at events where you are seated and you would like to know the current time, but the current time is not displayed anywhere in the room and it would be impolite to check your iPhone or watch (e.g. date, dinner, interrogation, interview, lunch, meeting). Every time alert vibration is started with a rapid double vibrate in order to differentiate between a time alert vibration and any other vibration. The hour is represented by vibrating x times, where x is the current hour value, or by vibrating the current hour value in Morse code. This application operates in the foreground, while the iPhone is active.
